How was your New Year? Are you in the Jewish Awakening?

Hoping you all had a good and insightful New Year.  I did a recheck of myself before the New Year, even though I have not converted to Judaism as our friend Barzalia did.  We all respond to being in the Jewish Awakening differently.  Barzalia converted to Orthodox Judaism.  He still loves Christians and is open minded.  We both want peace between Christians and Jews.

I am going to bible studies with Jews and Christians.  I am being led to where to go and discerning what I learn.  I am fortunate to finally have found a Jewish Temple that is Christian friendly that understands the Jewish Awakening.  They have had several people go to their temple that are part of the Jewish Awakening and have converted. 

I know it can be difficult for some who find out they are Jewish.  It depends on how you find out and how G-d moves on you.  I was upset about the persecutions and the history.  How my Jewish ancestors had to struggle in mistreatment.  I had to deal with anger for three years.  G-d had moved on me with dreams etc.  

A person can feel like they are having a nervous breakdown while going through the beginning stage of finding out they are Jewish.  Dreams, visions, coincidences, can be overwhelming especially to some that are very logical and lacking supernatural experiences prior.  Barzilai thought he was cracking!

I don't know why Hashem is telling people they are Jewish.  Many people are and don't know it due to the dispersement, danger, and secrets.  DNA test will not show 10 of the 12 tribes.  Even then many DNA tests will not show Sephardic heritage.  Familytree.com will show Sephardic.  

I hope this website can help build a bridge between Jews and Christians.  

The main reason I created this website was to help other people who are in the Jewish Awakening.  You need to know you are not alone.  It has been a difficult process for Barzilia and I to go through.  Your Christian friends will not understand the emotions and moving on you from G-d.  My Christian friends discouraged me from going to the Jewish Temples.  I did anyways!!!  The Jewish temples that do not understand the Jewish Awakening will think you are nuts.  That's OK, they are ignorant.

Barzilia lives in a European country where they are nasty to Jews.  He converted to Judaism as a strong choice which took courage.  His rabbi tells his people to not wear Jewish clothes out in public due to persecution.  So he is private, but G-d knows.

We are aware of scriptures stating G-d will call his people back.  It doesn't make sense to us why he would tag Christians and people in other religions to make it clear of their Jewish heritage?  My heritage is very mixed and so is Barzilia's.  We are far from purebred Jews!  The only thing Barzilia and I have in common is that we have passion for G-d and pray for others. 

It seems that G-d considers us Jews, even though many of us are different religions.  I am Christian,  and Barzilia has been two religions before his conversion.  Both of us have never had such moving experiences as with Hashem (G-d), and Judaism.  I have had Christian experiences with Jesus, but this is different.  

To me it seems the relationship is highlighted, not organized religion.  Yet Judaism is all about community and I like that very much.  G-d is about people.  It seems G-d is keeping his promises to our ancestors some how by telling us we have Jewish heritage.  The only difference I have noticed is a closer relationship with G-d and a new dimension in prayer.  I am concerned about Barzilai's safety, due to his conversion and where he lives.  G-d has not told me to re-locate to Israel.

You may be Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, or another religion, but if G-d wants you to know you have Jewish heritage he will show you and move you deeply and supernaturally.  It is very surprising isn't it?

We also wonder why Jews are hated so much around the world?  I question if the spiritual reason is due to the Abrahamic covenant, the direct line to G-d that the Jews have.  The covenant is still active and powerful.  I still do not understand it all? 

I have heard that Judaism is the root of Christianity.  Judaism is the Old Testament of the Christian bible.  If Christians are the great Olive tree and Judaism is the root of this Olive tree; then why Christians do you want to chop your own root off?  Why be cruel to Jews?

In Christianity the Abraham covenant provided Jesus.  This Jesus covenant is with Christian believers.  So lets please live in peace and help each other.  Walk in the light not the darkness.
